CarMax Auto Finance is looking for a human resources manager in Kennesaw.

Candidates should have three to five years experience as a human resources manager or a minimum of two years experience in a senior HR generalist role.

The manager will have "oversight of company compensation, benefits, talent management and associate relations process and initiatives," according to the job description on the company's website.
