Monday was Chattahoochee Technical College's first Monster Hair Show with the cosmetology students at the North Metro Campus celebrating Halloween with their creations. The contest was between 14 CTC Cosmetology students at the North Metro Campus who got creative with their designs. We had everything from Minnie Mouse to snakes, hippies, and skeletons. One student even included spiders and spider webs. There will be another contest for students at the Appalachian Campus in Jasper this week.

More than 200 students are currently studying Cosmetology at Chattahoochee Technical College. The program is offered on three campuses - Marietta, North Metro and Appalachian. In addition to theory and practical classes, students run salons at the campuses under the watchful eyes of their instructors.
