Sisters in the L.I.T.E. (Lifestyle Intervention Teaching Exercise) Mothers & Daughters Challenge
Calling all young women between ages 12 to 24 and their moms! Register today for the “Mother & Daughter Challenge” in Kennesaw! There will be 12 weeks of diverse fitness classes and cool nutrition education! Featuring the BodyWorks – A Toolkit for Healthy Teens and Strong Families. Classes will be January 14, 2012 – March 31, 2012 at the Ben Robertson Community Center located at 2753 Watts Drive in Kennesaw, Georgia 30144. Cost is $25 per participant (Limited scholarships are available - contact info@choicesforkids.org for more information).
