Kennesaw State University is a public, coeducational, comprehensive university that is part of the University System of Georgia. The main campus has the Social Science Building, which is a 163,000-square-foot facility with 40 classrooms, a 300 seat auditorium as well as a digital media arts lab. Additional features include multiple research centers, faculty department offices and a café in the lobby. The digital cinema classroom has tiered seating and digital audio. The Social Science building also meets Silver Rating LEED Green Building requirements and is the first building in the University System of Georgia to meet these specifications.
