Oct. 20th at 7pm, Oct. 21st at 2pm • Tickets $15-$33 • The Cobb Civic Center • In Janusz Mazon’s colorful interpretation of the classic fairytale “The Firebird”, a magical firebird, beautiful princess, and evil sorcerer help a young girl learn a valuable lesson in a strange new land. Also on the program is New York City Ballet founder George Balanchine’s first American ballet, “Serenade”.
* The Sunday matinee performance will feature an extra-special pre-show Firebird egg hunt for children of all ages! Limited spaces are available, so advanced registration is encouraged: sign up by calling 770-528-0881.
