5 Things: State of City Address Today
Here's five things you should know today before you leave the house.
1. Mayor Mark Mathews will be presenting his State of the City Address today during the Kennesaw Business Association's monthly lunch. The meeting will be held from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the KSU Center at 3333 Busbee Drive in Kennesaw. Price of admission is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers.
2. Today's forecast is partly cloudy, with temperatures in the low to mid 40s throughout the afternoon. Tonight, expected lows are in the high 20s.
3. , located at 2871 Cherokee St NW, will be holding its weekly Zen Meditation from 7:30 - 9 p.m.

4. is offering a cardio kickboxing class this morning at 9:30. The class is free for first time students. The gym is located at 1719 N Roberts Rd in Kennesaw.
5. Did You Know? Today is Robert E. Lee Day in honor of the birthday of the Confederate general. It is mostly celebrated in the American South and is a state holiday in Georgia, Arkansas, Alabama and Mississippi.
