Battle of Kennesaw Mountain 149th Anniversary Weekend

Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park will observe its 149th battle anniversary with artillery and infantry demonstrations as well as a civilian camp with historical dyeing.

Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park will observe its 149th battle anniversary with artillery and infantry demonstrations as well as a civilian camp with historical dyeing. 

The battlefield's bookstore will be hosting a book signing forIn the Shadow of a Grim and Silent Kennesaw, by author Brad Quinlin

There will also be a Civil War era clothing and civilian artifacts exhibit by PNJW Collections in the park's visitor center.

Events will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 29 and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 30.  

All scheduled demonstrations will be held in the vicinity of the Visitor Center.
