Cobb Community Garden Council Starts September
Any community garden in Cobb County and its cities are encouraged to participate.
The Cobb County Extension is working with the Master Gardener Volunteers of Cobb County to form a council of area community gardens.
The Cobb Community Garden Council is being formed to share ideas and information. Any community garden in Cobb County and its cities are encouraged to participate. A community garden can be a garden of individual garden plots in a common area or a group gardening together.
The council will become active in September. To participate, have the garden coordinator email Council chair Debbie Abernathy at debbie@esmithair.com with your garden contact person’s name, garden name and location, and contact email address.
