The Body by Baby Fitness "Let's Roll" class is a great way to reclaim your body and put that stroller to use. Class includes cardio drills and strength training while interacting with your little one. Each class ends with "Tummy Time", an abdominal workout with exercises dedicated to repairing the damage caused during pregnancy.
No need to arrange for childcare, bring your baby with you and become a fitness role model while connecting with other moms through fitness.
Class participants may use an all-purpose or jogging stroller. Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to participate. Please bring a large towel for abdominal work and plenty of water for you and baby.
