Grants Available to Nonprofit Organizations

Youth Service America and Sodexo Foundation are calling on young people to join the fight to end childhood hunger. Interactive Intelligence Foundation is receiving proposals from organizations working to foster life improvements for at-risk youth.

Youth Service America and the Sodexo Foundation are calling on young people to join the fight to end childhood hunger. 

Sodexo Foundation Youth Grants will provide $500 for youth-led service projects that bring together young people, families and other community members to address childhood hunger. 

Young people between the ages of five and 25 in the United States are eligible to apply for this grant. Projects will take place on or around Global Youth Service Day, April 11 to 13. The deadline to apply for the grant is Jan. 31.

Indianapolis-based Interactive Intelligence Foundation is receiving request for proposals from organizations working to foster life improvements for at-risk youth.

Special emphasis is placed on projects that promote technology education among the targeted at-risk youth sector. To be eligible for the grant, organizations must have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status and support at-risk youth up to the age of 18. 

Priority will be given to STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math)-related projects, as well as those projects with a specific start/stop time and measurable outcomes. The deadline to apply for the grant is Nov. 15. For more information, click here.
