Valentine's Dance, KCSMA Lottery Deadline

Celebrate Valentine's Day with the whole family. Tickets are still available for the City of Kennesaw’s ninth annual family Valentine’s Dance on Saturday, Feb. 11. The "Top Hat and Tails” event will be held at the from 6 to 9 p.m. and feature music, crafts, food and beverages and portrait-quality photos.

Advance tickets are $10 per person. Children ages 3 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased online here or at the community center. Tickets may also be purchased at the door for $15 based on availability. For more information, call the Kennesaw Parks and Recreation Department at 770-422-9714.

Patch Reminder: The deadline to apply for Kennesaw Charter Science and Math Academy's lottery is tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 10. The school also that the time and venue for its lottery have changed "due to the unprecedented interest" in the school. The lottery will now be held Feb. 14 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the .
