It all begins at 8 p.m. and doesn't stop until 3 in the morning. Kap Slap and Cherub headline the event and DJ TAD and DJ Candela are supporting acts. The Third Annual ATL's Rockin' NYE 2013 Party is an all-inclusive event that promises to give you the most bang for your buck! The party takes place at Tavern 99 at 128 East Andrews Drive Last year was SOLD OUT nine days before the event and will again this year, promoters say. Tongue and Groove and its neighboring hotspot The Joint Barroom will host a joint New Year's Eve Dance Party.
