Invisible Children is bringing the 2011 Frontline Tour to Kennesaw State University with special guest speakers to screen the group's most groundbreaking documentary yet: Tony.
In assistance of local partners, Invisible Children has identified gaps in humanitarian assistance that currently exist in the LRA-affected regions of DR Congo. With the recent announcement of AFRICOM representatives being sent to central Africa to advise Congolese militants in efforts to disarm the LRA and apprehend Joseph Kony, the Frontline tour is perhaps the most historic campaign IC has had yet.
Coming to KSU to show Tony is the enthusiastic and intelligent team known as the Deep South Roadies. The young people of IC's roadie teams are motivated by their passion to raise awareness for this cause nationwide. With team Deep South will be Agnes, a young Ugandan female with an inspiring story one will not forget.
