Filming for Disney's Million Dollar Arm took place at Cobb Place Shopping Center, 840 Ernest W. Barrett Parkway, in Kennesaw in July 2013.

Million Dollar Arm began filming in Atlanta in June 2013 after wrapping up shooting in India.

The film is based on the true story of J.B. Bernstein (Jon Hamm), an American sports agent who discovered pro pitchers Rinku Singh and Dinesh Patel through the reality TV series The Million Dollar Arm, staged in India.

The full-length movie cast includes Bill Paxton, Alan Arkin and Lake Bell with Suraj Sharma playing Rinku Singh and Madhur Mittal playing Dinesh Patel.
