Company to Add 1,000 Jobs

The majority of openings are for customer service representatives.

Alorica, a leading provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announced today its plans to add more than 1,000 new jobs by the end of the year.

The positions are seasonal employment opportunities, while others are permanent. The majority of openings are for customer service representatives.

“Our company is seeking and recruiting for talented, committed and team-oriented employees to join our Alorica team,” says Jay McAdoo, Vice President of Operations at Alorica.

Alorica’s job growth not only in Cobb County, but in their industry, makes this a truly exciting announcement, said Brooks Mathis, Vice President of Economic Development with the Cobb Chamber.

“The addition of the new positions to their already growing 1,200 in Cobb will surely benefit the Town Center Area CID, Cobb County and Georgia. We are thrilled to have a company such as Alorica that leads the industry in growth and has an impressive international footprint,” Mathis said.

Interested applicants are encouraged to attend the ALORICA CAREER FAIR Saturday, July 21, from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. at the Alorica facility located at 1000 Cobb Place Boulevard in Kennesaw.

Additional career fairs are planned for Wednesday, July 25, from 5 p.m.–9 p.m. and Saturday, July 28, from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. at the Alorica facility.

The facility currently employs nearly 1,200 employees and will grow significantly in the next few months as our recruiting efforts get underway.

Don't bother applying .... you won't last. The company has had at least three waves of layoffs in the last six months. In fact, my boyfriend was laid off less than two months ago. Took them over a month to give him his final paycheck and they STILL haven't provided DOL all the documentation it needs for him to get his unemployment benefits. They treat employees like yesterdays garbage.
