Home Depot Seeks Quality Assurance Manager

A new Home Depot call center is expected to bring 700 jobs to the Kennesaw area.

The Home Depot continues the hiring process for its new Kennesaw-based contact center with another job listing posted Friday on the company's website.

In November, Gov. Nathan Deal announced The Home Depot would open the $24 million national customer service call center in Kennesaw, . The center is expected to be fully operational later this year.

Manager Quality Assurance (posted Feb. 24). The selected candidate will deliver quality assurance programs that drive business results and create a competitive advantage for the online contact centers. The candidate will also partner with operational managers and work through a team of QA Analysts to deliver results. This is a full time position. Click here for more information, or to apply.

Contact Center Supervisor Online (posted Feb. 10). The selected candidate for this full time position will ensure superior service delivery to online customers by supervising the daily operational activities of a team of 15 to 20 contact center associates. The candidate will lead and coach the team and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the contact center by ensuring that the team meets and/or exceeds department goals. Manager Contact Center (posted Jan. 23). The selected candidate will understand and translate strategic goals into executable deliverables and drive the overall execution of function specific business unit goals. Contact Center Resolutions Manager (posted Jan. 23). The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading a solutions oriented approach to client service and delivery. The candidate will strengthen and lead the development of efficient customer processes, systems, service delivery, documentation and reporting. Training Specialist Contact Center (posted Jan. 19). The selected candidate will design, develop and deliver training courses and job aids to meet business objectives and provide learning solutions. The candidate will create instructional materials and assessments and prepare and deliver training classes in the areas of contact center operations, product knowledge and customer service. Manager Training and Development (posted Jan. 11). This full time position entails managing the creation and implementation of learning solutions and training courses that meet the business objectives of the contact center. A bachelor's degree in instructional design, human resources or related field is preferred. Five-plus years in the learning field is desired. Click here for more information, or to apply.

Sr Manager Human Resources (posted Jan. 11). This full time position involves implementing Human Resources plans and programs, resolving general associate relations issues and counseling and coaching management on business decisions related to personnel issues, leadership and management effectiveness.
