Business Development Manager, Materials. Responsibilities include detailed value chain analysis, new product definition and customer trials of developmental materials in the global airbag market with a primary focus on North America. Qualifications include: 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience leading or managing market research projects, including analysis.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a sales and marketing-related discipline.

Sustainability Manager. This position entails leading marketing research, insight development, program development and deployment of a sustainability strategy for the North American surfaces businesses. The position also involves consultation and guidance as the environmental leader and subject matter expert to surfaces businesses. Qualifications include:

  • At least five years experience working in a sustainability, environmental or stewardship role.
  • At least five years experience in marketing research and insights development.
  • At least two years experience working with environmental standards within the commercial building or textile industry (e.g., LEED, CHPS, NSF-140, Cradle2cradle).
  • At least two years experience applying environmental legislation and regulation.
  • At least two years experience applying knowledge of life cycle assessment and environmental supply chain evaluation.
  • Ability to travel 30 percent of the time.

Director of Commercial Channel Development. The selected candidate will develop, oversee and implement high-impact channel initiatives, field demand generation strategies and plans and programs to grow revenue and maximize profits. The candidate will also lead commercialization for new products and services. Qualifications include:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a sales and marketing-related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience directly managing a team of direct or indirect sales or business development professionals.
  • At least five years of experience analyzing market and sales driven data and producing relevant reports.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 percent.

  • At least seven years of sales and marketing experience in the retail industry, including development and implementation of business growth strategies.
  • At least five years experience leading and coaching sales and marketing teams.
  • At least five years experience managing a business P&L and cash flow.
  • Ability to travel 20-50 percent of the time.

Account Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for sales growth and market development for Stainmaster carpet fiber. The position entails developing strategic account plans and executing growth initiatives at each account. Job qualifications include:

  • At least three years of experience in business to business sales.

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite.
