Town Center at Cobb shoppers will soon have even more options when visiting the Kennesaw retail center. Mall management Wednesday announced plans for major renovations at popular retailers Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret, both set to debut their brand’s latest prototype stores at Town Center at Cobb later this year. Bachrach and Victoria’s Secret PINK will also open in the Kennesaw mall, and Select Comfort is relocating to a larger storefront. This news comes as the recently announced Fiore Boutique has recently opened and p.s. from Aeropostale will soon open.
“The growth we’ve experienced over the past year has been tremendous, and it is truly a testament to the community’s support for our property,” said Shelly Weidner, Town Center's director of mall marketing and business development. “In the past year, we’ve welcomed a number of stores to better serve our shoppers including a Forever 21 flagship store, Francesca’s Collections and authorized Apple retailer, Macrobatix. We are pleased to continue our commitment to the community with the additions of these new and fully remodeled stores.”
Opening in the fall, the 3,000 square foot Bachrach store will specialize in men’s fashion collections with an emphasis on customer service and long-lasting relationships. From its beginning in 1877, the Bachrach name continues to coincide with handsome, innovative styles. The new store will be located on the lower level of the Belk wing next to Macrobatix.
Bath & Body Works is planning a full remodel of its current storefront, set to be completed in May. The 4,000 square foot space, located on the upper level next to The Disney Store, will reflect the brand’s newest prototype store. Bath & Body Works has reinvented the personal care industry with the introduction of fragrant flavorful indulgences, including shower gels, lotions, candles and accessories. Bath & Body Works offers an extensive collection of advanced, easy-to-use personal care products with proven effectiveness. During the store renovation, Bath & Body Works is located on the lower level next to Belk.
Victoria’s Secret PINK is set to open a standalone 3,600 square foot storefront next to Sephora in the fall. PINK specializes in lifestyle active wear for women. The assortment includes sleepwear, loungewear and bras and panties designed to appeal to the spirit, humor, optimism and self-confidence of the girl who wears, loves and lives PINK.
Specializing in the revolutionary Sleep Number Mattress, Select Comfort will be relocating to a new 2,300 square foot store next to the newly remodeled Bath & Body Works store in May. The store will be staffed with trained “Sleep Professionals” to help shoppers select their ideal mattress.
This summer, Victoria’s Secret is set begin a full renovation of its current 9,600 square foot store, located on the lower level of the mall near Center Court. Once complete, the new prototype store will feature an expanded assortment of intimate apparel, beauty products, sleepwear, hosiery, and more. Victoria’s Secret will be open in a temporary storefront on the lower level next to Belk during the renovation.
The new Fiore Boutique is now open in a 2,300 square foot space on the lower level of the Belk wing next to Finish Line. With a vintage yet feminine feel, the boutique boasts a calming shopping ambience through both its atmosphere and offerings. The store specializes in jewelry, clothing and home décor from well-recognized brands like Lilly Pulitzer, Glory Haus and Waxing Poetic, among others.
p.s. from Aéropostale is slated to open in a 4,000 square foot storefront in early March. The specialty store features trend-right apparel at compelling values for girls and boys ages 4-12. p.s. from Aéropostale will be located on the upper level of the Belk Wing next to Vans.
