The Kennesaw Mayor has already said that this plot of 53 acres is going to be annexed into Kennesaw. This of course was news to Cobb County commissioners. You might wonder what sort of deal has been brewing between Mayor Mathews and Fuqua. Clearly this has been in the works for some time as the trailer park on that land is already 'under contract'. Did Fuqua get any incentives or tax breaks promised to him and his firm? Why is the City now so interested in bringing this plot of land into Kennesaw? Some questions need to be answered here and I don't detect any interest from the City in providing them. Just FYI: Fuqua has a nice web site at: http://fuquadevelopment.com/ but there may be some unhappy people around Metro Atlanta, see: Jeff Fuqua, Atlantas Most Controversial Developer at: http://clatl.com/atlanta/jeff-fuqua-atlantas-most-controversial-developer/Content?oid=9217716
