Champia Real Estate Inspections Honors Mike Gonzalez and Joe Niehuser

Atlanta, GA --- Today Champia Real Estate Inspections announced that Mike Gonzalez is their 2013 Employee of the Year, and Joe Niehuser is their recipient of the Outstanding Customer Service Award.

“Mike received this award because of his volume of inspections as well as for his number of personal requests made by real estate agents, said Bill Compton, President and CEO of Champia Real Estate Inspections.  Gonzalez, who is an ASHI certified inspector with over twelve years of experience, has inspected over six hundred homes. Gonzalez also served in the U.S. Marines as an active and reserve member for sixteen years,” added Compton, who is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

“Joe Niehuser received his outstanding service award for two reasons. He took on an extra service role and met our customers to work on solutions whenever any problems arose no matter who did the inspection.  He also took on the responsibility of holding monthly technical training meetings with all of our inspectors,” added Compton. Niehuser is also an ASHI certified inspector and an ICC code certified inspector with over seven years of experience in the industry. Prior to this, Niehuser spent many years in the construction industry as a certified mason and general contractor.
