Roggi Garcia brings strong background in business development
PrivatePlus Mortgage, a division of Private Bank of Buckhead, has named Roggi Garcia a Vice President, focusing on business development. He has over 20 years of business development experience in the financial services industry, previously working for other major mortgage organizations as well as Bank of America.

Garcia’s portfolio of loan programs includes construction and commercial loans benefiting both the builder and the consumer sides of the market. In keeping, a primary area of focus for him is working with the Realtor and builder communities.
“I am available to assist in any type of mortgage lending scenario,” Garcia says, “and am especially enjoying working with and through our business partners in construction and real estate. Away from work, he is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife – also a mortgage professional – and three growing boys. He loves the outdoors, including Boy Scouting outings and camping, as well as football and other sports. His family supports its local parish and community, and Garcia is president of his homeowners association. He attended Louisiana State University and Delgado College in Business Administration. Garcia also completed the Principals of Mortgage Finance at Capstone Institute in Atlanta. He is fluent in Spanish.
