Atlanta, GA --- Today Champia Real Estate Inspections announced two of their inspectors, Vincent Tidwell and Josef Niehuser, attended The American Society of Home Inspectors’ annual InspectionWorld conference in Nashville, TN on January 12-15, 2014.
The four-day conference provided attendees with the opportunity to acquire new skills, enhance their professional knowledge and network with some of the best professionals in the industry. As a result of attending the full InspectionWorld conference, both Tidwell and Niehuser received 20 ASHI CE credits fulfilling their annual CE requirements for 2014 ASHI membership.
“ASHI remains committed to offering us the resources and essential tools so I can provide my customers with the services they want and need,” said Tidwell. “I am proud to be part of an association like ASHI – the only home inspection organization with a certification program recognized by The National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA),” said Niehuser.

Tidwell, who is certified as a residential building inspector, has inspected hundreds of homes. He received his BME at Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA at Georgia State University. He is also a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. Tidwell resides in Dunwoody, GA with his family.
Niehuser, who has served as an inspector for more than six years with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), is certified as a residential plumbing, mechanical and building inspector. To date, he has inspected hundreds of homes. Niehuser is also a certified mason and general contractor. He is originally from Germany and resides in Kennesaw with his family.
