Child with major outbursts,please HELP!

Let me start with, I am sure you are feeling very frustrated now by your question and that is understandable...no one quick answer, BUT ..where to start
when did it start? Was there a traumatic  event? A sudden change? Are these outbursts at home and at school or other places. Of course, how old is this child?
For me, first I want to rule out precipitating event, BUT
if this has been since toddlerhood and getting worse, then
likely something pervasive....1.) need to see a child specialist, recommend a team of Child Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Pediatrician ...start with your Pediatrician checking for Metabolic
disorders with an exam and lab tests, next Psychologist or Psychiatrist dependent upon Pediatricians recommendation and severity of symptoms...having psychological testing and a therapist are invaluable...but if to child psychiatrist first that person can help make those referrals then....from their determining diagnosis with help of current symptoms, past symptoms and family history a working diagnosis will be developed and treatments may be tailored for your child from there....BUT..YOU have made the first step to Reach Out and Ask for Help with this very Question....your child is fortunate to have such a Concerned parent....This can be helped, life will improve for your child and YOU..now please go call and make those appointments..as you journey along here more questions May come up...please send me a question again and promise to guide you along as best I can..take care of YOU,too, a child needs a concerned caring parent like you!
