Go Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness

Observe National Breast Cancer Awareness Month by going pink.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Kennesaw Patch wants to raise awareness right here in our own community.

We invite you to share your stories, your inspirations, your struggles and your memories. In an effort to raise awareness, please wear a pink ribbon, or print out the one we’ve created for you, shown here. Snap a photo of yourself with it, or wear it and introduce yourself on video. Simply click the "Add your photos & videos" link under the main picture.

Please share your stories and let us know about any special charity or awareness events going on in the community. You can post the event directly to our calendar, or e-mail me at gaetana.pipia@patch.com.

Go Pink! And show your support for others who are fighting breast cancer.

My mother passed away when I was 16 yrs old. She had breast and lung cancer.

Thank you for sharing this with the community, Tammy. And thanks for adding a photo of your pink ribbon tattoo. It's very touching that you did that in memory of your mom.
