The main difference is that Shiprite.com is tailored to companies with small to medium freight spend giving them the freedom to choose which carrier works best for their business.
"We recognized a market of smaller shippers in need of the leveraged rates we have with our carriers," CEO John Pas said when asked why so much excitement has risen regarding the new program.
