To the garbage that took Carl from everyone there is no punishment harsh enough.

Not so quick to judge...they were good young men trying to turn their lives around...and besides, the atrocities commited against theirs ancestors...that excuses them ....

Robert - Dont know if you simply ventured on this blog to leave your two-cents worth - but your remark was inappropriate. A family is greiving for a father, son brother, uncle and grandpa taken too soon, and in a horrible way. Their hearts are broken. The accused have lost too. If they are incapable of understanding the gravity of their actions now, think about their parents. What mother or father wants their kid to end up in jail with spilled blood on their hands. Race is not the issue; please be kind with your words.

I'm 20 and was in his literature class so heres what im going to say. Look all of you shut up, I knew Jalin. I am in no way defending him but I have a different take on this, I believe they killed this woman in part as a motive for robbery, I believe she was killed in part because she was an easy target, and I believe they killed her in part because they thought they'd get off scratch free. Jalin perfectly understands what he's done because he has an extensive score sheet which he has bragged about. So save the self righteous they didn't know crap for someone who cares. The reality is, is that they're going to seek the death penalty because in felony murder cases especially robbery they usually always do.

Jalin was a wannabe gangster. he went to kell high school, a really good school in cobb county ga, what was so wrong with his life that he needed to turn it around? its not hard out in where he lives, all of them are just dumb ass wannabe gangsters.
Zach Vaccaro May 03, 2012 at 06:23 AM
No, couldn't be more wrong. Jalin as dumb as he is fell off the right path and he made his own choices, going to a good school doesn't mean jack, half the people I know were successful some having net worth in the millions who have gotten life sentences. just because someone goes to a good school doesn't mean a thing.
Zach Vaccaro May 03, 2012 at 06:24 AM
You're an ignorant moron, by saying all of them are wannabees you're basically implying everyone at kell. Last time I checked I'm trying to become a sheriff's deputy and I'm far from a gangster.
Zach Vaccaro May 03, 2012 at 06:26 AM
Sadly though, the reality is is that the state's going to seek the death penalty and if the murder was a motive for robbery then I'm not sure I have much sympathy left for him.
Mark Wahlberg May 03, 2012 at 06:29 AM
if your from kell and your trying to be a gangster, your a wannabe, life isnt hard if u go to kell.
Mark Wahlberg May 03, 2012 at 06:33 AM
I, Mark Wahlberg, doesnt have sympathy for pathetic losers who trys to prove themselve by associating themselves with criminals and getting themselves into that lifestyle by choice.
Zach Vaccaro May 03, 2012 at 05:24 PM
I've seen a human being killed because the shooter wanted drug money and was captured by the fugitive task force 3 days later, I've seen brutality and horrid domestic violence at the hands of my loving "Father" because my sister wouldn't come down for dinner, I had probably the most horrific and worst childhood growing up during my formative years and I DID go to kell, I'm far from a gangster, and I had to pay my own way, if I couldn't pay for my phone bill then I had no phone. You're a fucking ignorant dumbass nothing more
Zach Vaccaro May 03, 2012 at 05:29 PM
For you to sit here and judge people when you probably have committed criminal acts(and I don't care how minor) in your childhood is a way to make yourself feel self righteous because you see an 18 year old with a murder charge. This kid's a fucking moron and that's been proven but for you to sit here and judge him for doing bad things is hypocritical because even if you tried that "joint" one time that's still committing a criminal act DESPITE whether you were caught or not
Zach Vaccaro May 03, 2012 at 05:33 PM
Let the courts handle him and not your ego, because when he's found guilty he'll be adjudicated by the judge not you. your words mean less than dog shit in a judge's eyes. they'll convict or acquit him based on the evidence but I have a different take on this. I believe jalin is far more involved than his statements would imply, I believe this man was killed in part as a motive for robbery, I believe he was killed in part because he was an easy target, and I also believe that he was killed in part because jalen thought he could get off easy, Life plus 25 years or the death penalty if he's found guilty.
J.D. May 08, 2012 at 03:55 PM
all three of them are pathetic to shoot a man in the back of his head just for money and sh**s and giggles.. then they deserve everything they get i don't care what school you go to or what class these boy's took!! what they took is a life and nothing excuses that act!! you can get you panties in a bunch over what because someone has an opinion about this boy you know who gives a shi* my husband knew the man who was shot they went to school together hung out together that's the point a man is dead because some screwed up kids were board!!!! I know one of the suspects personally. He is a father and a husband. I am not convinced by what I have read here he is guilty of theses charges. Either way my sympathy goes out to the family of the man that was taken from his family. I hope there is justice for this senseless act of violence. May god have mercy on the GUILTY. Im sure the state of Georgia will not.
adam d May 19, 2012 at 12:28 PM
I know one of them personally. He hung out with the wrong ppl. What he did was wrong. And I feel really bad for that mans family But the death penalty come on If you kill percussion for a dumb decision. You will be no different from them. He is a father please don't take this little boys daddy from him.
