Armed Robbery at Burlington Coat Factory

Two masked men armed with handguns robbed the Busbee Parkway business Sunday night.

Cobb police are searching for two masked men who robbed a  by gunpoint Sunday night.

The robbery occurred at 7:30 p.m. as employees were preparing to leave the Busbee Parkway business.

According to police, two males armed with handguns forced the employees back into the business and told them to open the safe.

The men then fled the scene in an unknown direction after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash.

The first robber is described as a 6-foot-tall black man with a medium build.

The second perpetrator is described as a 5-foot-10 black man with a medium build wearing khaki pants.

There were no injuries, said Sgt. Dana Pierce of the Cobb County police.

The department's Robbery Squad is currently investigating the incident.
