Armed Robbery at Shell Gas Station in Kennesaw
A man used a small handgun to rob the Cobb Parkway business Sunday morning.
Cobb County Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a in Kennesaw Sunday morning.
At about 9 a.m., a man wearing a mask entered the 2145 Cobb Parkway business, took out a small handgun and demanded money from a store employee, said Sgt. Dana Pierce of the Cobb County Police.
The man took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled northbound on foot towards Cobb Parkway, said Pierce.

Investigators describe the robber as a thin, 5'10-tall black male with a medium skin tone in his early 20s. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a white mask.
