Cellphone Sex Photos Land Man in Jail
Hiren Pinaken Shah of Acworth is accused of sending the obscene images to a juvenile and others.
An Acworth man is in jail after said he sent photos of himself having sex with a woman to her 14-year-old brother and other contacts in her cellphone.
Hiren Pinaken Shah, 22, of the 4100 block of Glenaire Way was arrested at home midday Tuesday, records show.
He is being held on misdemeanor charges of distributing obscene material and having obscene material and a felony count of cruelty to children.

The charges result from cellphone photos he took of himself and a woman having sex, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
According to a warrant obtained by Kennesaw police, Shah sent those photos to the woman’s brother, mother and sister, as well as others saved as contacts on her cellphone, the AJC said.
