Cops: Kennesaw Man Was Shot

About 7:45 a.m. Monday, officers went to 3591 Paul Samuel Rd. and found the body of a dead man in the carport of his home.

The Kennesaw man found dead this week at a home on Paul Samuel Road had been shot.

"He was shot in the carport of his home," said Sgt. Dana Pierce with the Cobb County Police Department. "He died from a gunshot wound."

But Pierce would not discuss how many times 60-year-old Frank William Davidson was shot, where he was shot, what kind of gun was used in the shooting or any other details "because of this ongoing investigation."
