Police Seek Help Locating Missing Woman

Lourdes Gutierrez left her Due West Circle residence on Feb. 28.

are asking help from the public in locating a missing woman.

On Feb. 28, Kennesaw police responded to a missing person report. Police said they were advised that 46-year-old Lourdes Gutierrez packed two suitcases and left the Due West Circle residence without stating where she was going.

Gutierrez' husband told police his wife was diagnosed with a mental disorder and did not take her medication with her.

Gutierrez has family in New York and the Dominican Republic, and no one has heard from her since she left. She is described as a white female standing approximately 5’ 2 and weighing about 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Gutierrez' location is asked to notify their local police department or the Kennesaw Police Department at 770-422-2505.
