Police: Kennesaw Woman Attempts to Throw Ash-Filled Urn During Argument

The incident occurred Friday night.

Catherine Delgado was peeved Friday night.

She allegedly threw a glass at one woman. She pushed another out of her apartment in the 1400 block of Ridenour Boulevard. And according to a Cobb County criminal warrant, Delgado even tried to throw an urn filled with ashes at one of the women.

"Accused was witnessed by three parties attempting to throw an urn containing ashes at the victim," authorities wrote in the warrant.

At least two of the witnesses were under the age of 18.

Delgado was arrested Saturday and charged with cruelty to children in the third degree as well as two counts of simple battery, according to online jail records. She was released from the Cobb County jail the next day after posting $2,500 bond.
