Presidents Day closures include Cobb schools, banks and post offices. But it's business as usual for Kennesaw State University, which is open for classes, and the City of Kennesaw. In other local government news, Mayor Mark Mathews will hold his first town-hall meeting of 2012 on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the Ben Robertson Community Center.
