Voters will elect the positions of mayor and two City Council posts.


It is election day here in Kennesaw. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please see our election guide below for everything you need to know about the voting process today. Also, be sure to check back in with Kennesaw Patch later tonight as results come in.

Special Election

Voters will also find a Sunday sales referendum on the ballot. If voters pass the measure, it will authorize the city to permit and regulate package sales by retailers of malt beverages, wine and distilled spirits on Sundays between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
