$20M Expansion Planned at Kennesaw State

The Bagwell College of Education is getting a four-story addition.

The Bagwell College of Education at Kennesaw State University is expanding.

At 10 a.m. Friday, the state's third-largest university will break ground on a $20-million addition to the college.

The four-story addition will feature general classrooms, model classrooms, computer labs, seminar rooms, study areas and more.

While funding is in place for the majority of the addition, more funding is needed to build out the interior of the fourth floor, university officials said in a news release.

If you plan to attend the groundbreaking, parking will be available in the Central Parking Deck.
