NCCS Students, Staff Begin School Year With Circle

North Cobb Christian School holds 13th annual Circle of Prayer event.

The number 13 was a good one at in Kennesaw on Tuesday.

The school, located just off Old Highway 41 at 4500 Lakeview Drive, hosted hundreds of students, parents, staff and local church pastors at its 13th annual Circle of Prayer event. Each year, attendees literally encircle the school and pray for the coming school year and for safety for students and staff.

Terry Luck, the school's new director of marketing, welcomed all in attendance, and the school praise teams led the audience in songs. Senior Nick Geter led in a prayer for the country's military men and women and those who have served in the past.
