Catch Video of NCCS 2 OT Loss
Here's some video captured by the Roswell Patch of the exciting game between North Cobb Christian and St. Francis on Friday night.
It was a fight to the finish in Friday's game between the and the St. Francis Knights. Every time the Knights scored, the Eagles eventually came back and tied the game. The difference in the game came in the second overtime.
Both teams missed the extra point in the first OT after scoring touchdowns. But when the North Cobb Christian offense faltered in the second OT, coaches opted for a field goal, putting their hopes on the defense to stop St. Francis short of the goal line.
That hope was lost when St. Francis quarterback Joey Roche dove just enough to get the ball across the line, sealing the victory.
