Grand Prix Series Concludes with Faith Cline Elf Trot

The final event in the Kennesaw Grand Prix Series of 5K races, the Faith Cline Elf Trot, will be held Saturday, Dec. 14 at 7:30 a.m. in downtown Kennesaw. 

The race for adults and children benefits the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children.

The race follows a route through historic downtown Kennesaw and Swift-Cantrell Park.

The one Mile Fun Run starts at 7:30 a.m., the 5K race begins at 8 a.m. and the Tot Trot starts at 8:45 a.m.  

Awards will be given for 14 different groups.

The general entry fee is $25 per person. Registered 5K participants will receive an official race technical-shirt, runner/walker number and goodie bag. Registration can be completed online at Active.com or a Big Peach Running Company location.

Costumes are welcome and prizes will be awarded to the best ones.

Hot cocoa and Krispy Kreme doughnuts will be available at the finish line party for participants.
