When you hire Riverside to manage your Association, you benefit from a locally owned and operated company dedicated exclusively to community management in metro Atlanta. We are not a big box management company; we are not controlled by out of state interests and we do not contract with any affiliated landscape or property maintenance companies. Our "No Conflict Policy" ensures that we solicit bids for all major contracts and that all Association work is performed by independent, third party companies. We avoid any potential conflicts of interest that result when a management company selects your vendors or owns or controls a vendor. Our goal is to help our clients receive the greatest value possible for every dollar spent on maintenance services. At Riverside, your interests are our first and foremost priority.
Riverside provides business and residential property management of condo, homeowners' and townhome associations throughout metro Atlanta. It specializes in collections and maintenance contracting, and also offers financial/reporting management, self management, project management and full management services.
