I have had a box there for years, I rate the branch as 'OK'. What I would rate as 'Poor' was the street delivery service that caused me to get a box. Things disappeared, I got other neighbors mail etc.
Complaints to the PO over several years got the same boiler plate response and I mean the SAME response, maybe the guy didn't realize he had spoken to me before about the same issues, but it was like listening to a recording of the first reply, probably he had it down pat and gave the same speech to everyone who complained. So I wired up the street box so it could not be opened and had all my bills etc sent to the POB. The street delivery was just to annoying to put up with.
