Kennesaw to Collect Donations for Tornado Victims

An EF-3 tornado ripped through Adairsville and continued to Gordon County on Wednesday.

Kennesaw State University is doing its part to help the residents of Adairsville. From Thursday to Feb. 12, the athletics department and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee will collect supplies for the victims of last week's EF-3 tornado. The committee has already assembled 100 toiletry kits, but the university hopes to donate other items as well. Needed supplies include: People can drop off donations at various location around campus until Feb. 12. They can also donate during basketball and softball games from Feb. 7-12.
