The park needs more votes by the July 15 deadline in order to win the $100,000 prize. Sponsored by Coca-Cola, the online contest encourages park goers across the nation the vote online for their favorite parks. Fans of Kennesaw's Swift-Cantrell are being asked to show their support by attending a free concert in the park featuring local bands and solo artists this Saturday. During the Rock to the Top event from noon to 8 p.m., attendees are encouraged to bring laptops, smartphones and tablets to vote for Swift-Cantrell Park in the Coca Cola “America’s Favorite Park” contest. The top three vote-getting parks will earn cash prizes, including a grand prize of $100,000.
