Kennesaw Earns Healthiest Employer Award
Kennesaw moved up from 8th place in 2012 to 4th this year.
The City of Kennesaw earned 4th place in the medium-sized companies division of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Atlanta’s Healthiest Employers Awards. The announcement was made at an awards breakfast on Feb. 15. The city had placed 8th in 2012. Each year, the Chronicle partners with Healthiest Employers LLC, a data aggregation and analytics organization developed to help improve wellness programming outcomes. Healthiest Employers collects, measures, and compares corporate wellness data worldwide. Atlanta companies were invited to take a survey that measured workplace wellness efforts, then scored in six categories.
