Kennesaw State has established Georgia's newest chapter of Students for Concealed Carry.
Worried about mass shootings at and near schools such as Virginia Tech and Texas A&M University, some Kennesaw State University students say they want the option to carry guns on campus. KSU has established Georgia's newest chapter of Students for Concealed Carry. Group members don't want to extend the option to all students, just those who are licensed Georgia weapons holders. And like proponents at Georgia Tech, which also has a Students for Concealed Carry chapter, KSU members plan to take their request to the Gold Dome, according to WSB-TV.
