Here are the Cobb food scores from Cobb & Douglas Public Health inspections from Aug. 25-31. Each item on an inspection form has a point value ranging from 1 to 9 points, with violations deducting points from a best possible score of 100. A sample inspection form is attached. Higher points are taken for items with higher risk to cause illness, while repeat violations take even more points. Letter grades assigned are A for totals of 100 to 90 points, B for 89 to 80, C for 79 to 70, and U for less than 70. Don't miss any of the news you care about. The scenic southern American eatery, located next to the train tracks at the Depot, offers a special brunch menu with choices like stuffed French toast, blueberry pancakes, country fried chicken biscuits, smoked bacon and mushroom omelettes and crab hash. The restaurant was also recently named Kennesaw Patch's favorite outdoor dining spot and includes a patio complete with comfortable seating and a homey fireplace.
